I have an optimistic and encouraging approach to my work with clients. I believe people heal and recover from traumatic and difficult life experiences in their pursuit of healthy living. My approach values the importance of connection to one’s true self or essence and exploration and understanding of their life’s path. Through a supportive, collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, client’s gain new insights and strategies for healing and for creating the life they dream of living.

I have trained in John Gottman's Couples Therapy and Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
I specialize in working with adult survivors of childhood trauma utilizing a blend of trauma informed therapies.
A special area of focus for me is exploring the journey of the soul.
I am trained in Reiki.
